In my view sachin tendulkar is one of the greatest cricketers of all time. Little master made his debut against pakistan in december 1989 at age of 16. No one knows this guy will make history. He achieved enormous success in his career which no one can achieve and neither will. He made 18000 ODI runs and 17000 Test runs. He retired from ODI cricket on 23 December 2012 and Played his last test match against westindies on 13 November 2013.

2-Rickey Ponting

Indeed one of the greatest captains of all time, with 3 consecutive World Cups wins for Australia. Ponting starting his career in 1995 in Wellington against South Africa. He made 13704 ODI runs 

and 13778 Test career runs. Ponting played his last ODI against india on 19 Feb 2012.
